I'm back....

I have been away for a bit but I am back now.

I didn't have any time to craft while I was away but....

I did SHOP!!

I was in North Dakota and I love to shop in the States!

This was the first time I have been in Hobby Lobby!

WOW!!

I loved it!

I wish they would come to Canada!

Anyhow...I will show you some things that I picked up 

there and I hope to be using them all soon!!

Here is a little 'lotion' holder that I made.

The only thing that I had trouble with was getting

it strong enough to not fold over when I 

picked it up.  I used pretty strong cardstock too.

hmmm...any suggestions??

Here is a pocket card that I made for 

some dear friends!

I made it from a real denim pocket

(not paper)

It says...

"Friends are like pockets...

You can never have too many!"

Cowboy Thank You!!

Hi Everyone...

just wanted to share with you this 

thank you card I made for some friends

that had a Cowboy Comedy Supper at their place!

It was a blast!

Here is the whole boot.  It is

actually quite a large card.

I still need to make an envelope for it!

=)

The whole boot is all seperate pieces that I
put on top of my card base.
Then did the faux stitching.

Here is a closeup.  I used a prima flower and then added

a 'Thanks' embellishment to the center.

I added the tag too...I know...it says 'THANKS'

twice now!!  haha

O well....it deserved two thank you's!!
